We discuss topics like automation, dashboards, data, or even fractional COO services. During this call, I’ll learn about your business, assess your needs, and outline potential workflows that could save you time. This session is not meant for solving specific issues live, but for understanding your requirements and determining if we are a good fit for further collaboration.

In contrast, a paid consultation is a 30-minute or 1-hour session focused on addressing your specific automation challenges in real-time, troubleshooting workflows, and building automations directly. It’s perfectly fine to use this time to discuss a specific operational issue, one where I can speak from experience. However, most clients typically use these sessions to resolve automation fixes.

A discovery call is not for live problem-solving. It’s used to assess your needs and explore possible solutions. If you want the issue fixed during a call, please book our 30 minute or 1 hour paid automation consulting session. That said, if your problem is really simple, I’ll likely just tell you how to fix it.

On a 1 hour call I can most of the time fix an issue, unless it is an underlying data or infrastructure problem. So I can come very close. If not, I can point you in the right direction or provide a roadmap for further work. If a solution isn’t fully delivered in that time, I’ll discount any further work by the amount you already paid for the session.

If we can’t get everything done in the 1-hour paid consultation, I can send you a quote for additional work. You have various options such as purchasing prepaid hourly packs, retainer services, or a fixed-price project based on your specific needs.

Yes, but please book the earliest 1-hour paid session and include “urgent” in the booking notes. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request as quickly as possible. Please remember I’m based in Australia, so time zones might affect availability, but I’ll reach out to go sooner if we can. Try to include as much information in the booking as possible as I might be able to just jump in and fix it. Even if I can’t jump on a call as soon as possible.

You can book up to five 1-hour sessions at a time. These can be scheduled on the same day, week, or month based on your availability. If you need more long-term help, I also offer retainer services for ongoing support.

No problem! Just cancel or reschedule the booking to free up the time. I value time just as you do, so I appreciate notice if you can’t attend. If you have already fixed the issue, that’s great—just cancel the appointment to avoid being a no-show.
